Nejrabian Armored Vehicles Rental and Assembling Company is a private company based in Afghanistan, holding a special license for dealing in armored vehicles from the Ministry of Interior of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan. The company focuses on importing armored vehicles and leasing and selling them in the local market. Armored vehicles are a critical security addition to business operations in Afghanistan. From protecting movable assets to transporting important personnel, armored vehicles are the ultimate in protection.

The company offers a wide selection of armored vehicles from trusted vehicle armoring companies. Different kinds of armored vehicles distributed by the company include B6 Armored Toyota Land Cruiser, B6 Toyota Camry & B6 Toyota Prada.

Remaining under the radar provides an initial tier of security. From the standard consumer exterior, we build-out each armored vehicle to exceed our client needs. ARMORED CONVERSION MODIFICATIONS


  • Five-sided armoring of passenger compartment (roof and verticals) to provide protection against 7.62x51mm M80 NATO ball ammunition, in accordance with CEN Level BR6, at zero-degree obliquity angles.
  • Floor of the vehicle is fitted with a blast protection to protect occupants against fragmentation from simultaneous detonation of 2 DM-51 German ordnance hand grenades or equivalent.
  • Vehicle’s armor plates are stitch-welded using high-intensity MIG welders. The above process ensures the structural integrity is uncompromising by thermal and chemical variations of the material.
  • Ballistic steel interior frame provides overlap and backup protection for the large-surface principal impact areas such as the doors and windows. All door/window openings are overlapped.

Some OEM vehicle features/equipment may be removed or disabled to accommodate for the installation of the armoring materials and other equipment required as a part of the armoring conversion.

GLASS SPECIFICATIONS


A combination of glass, polycarbonate and Mylar are bonded together using the latest technology, producing one of the finest transparent armors available while incorporating the following qualities

  • Glass thickness: 39mm
  • Anti-spall shield protecting against shattering glass.
  • Multiple impact protection.
  • Finest optical quality, Minimal distortion.
  • No de-lamination, no discoloration from UV rays.

INTERIOR SPECIFICATIONS


  • All original OEM interior panels and trim will be resized or modified and re-installed wherever possible to obtain as close to an original look as possible.

DOOR SPECIFICATIONS


  • Armored overlap on all doors to prevent penetration through
    door posts and pillars.
  • Door pillars are reinforced to accommodate the additional weight of the armored door.
  • Heavy duty door hinges, designed and manufactured for extended longevity and easy maintenance
  • Heavy duty door travel retainers

ELECTRICAL SPECIFICATIONS


  • All electrical equipment standards to this vehicle are tested and modified as necessary to protect against the armoring process.
  • Any additional (optional) electric equipment installed on the vehicle shall be individually fused; all wires are loomed and clearly marked, as required by vehicle safety standards.

STANDARD SECURITY FEATURES & ACCESSORIES


  • Hutchinson run-flat devices fitted in all vehicles’ tires, including spare.
  • Steel-case fuel tank protection.
  • Vehicle battery and ECM armor protection.
  • Engine bay flank armor protection.
  • Large door frame overlaps.
  • Heavy duty door hinges, designed for extended longevity and easy maintenance.
  • Reinforced door pillars and posts, heavy duty door travel retainers.
  • Swing door with view glass and gun port (1) to be installed at rear of passenger compartment.
  • Suspension components are reinforced as necessary to compensate for additional weight of the vehicle.
  • All Mfg. manuals and written information provided.

SCHEDULED AND UNSCHEDULED MAINTENANCE


As NAV attempts to achieve customer satisfaction, to do this, we have recruited and integrated highly qualified expertise in all required technical areas. Our company provides Scheduled (every month) and unscheduled (as per request by the customer) repair and maintenance services for all of our customers. Vehicles are also be equipped with the proper rims and spare tires able of supporting the vehicles up-armored weights. Upon notification of disabled vehicles, NAV will have the vehicle removed within 24 hours for repairing and NAV will provide an alternative vehicle to fill the gap of the vehicle during the repairing and maintenance period.

To render such services, the company has invested in the latest tools and service equipment. With all care and quality, these services are provided insuring reliability and ontime completion of assigned jobs. Nejrabian has its own workshop which is managed by highly skilled and qualified mechanics supervised and controlled by engineers. There are 12 mechanics and 8 mechanics helpers with 4 four engineers currently on our maintenance and service team.

Our workshop has different sections such as body and seats repair section, engine maintenance and repair section, wheel alignment and balance section, gear box and suspensions repair, maintenance section, armoring section and administrative section.

Our maintenance shop maintains a large inventory of spare parts and repair items for reliable and timely services and maintenance. We also have a service truck which can provide road-side assistance to our clients for break downs that may occur from time to time.
